NEW DELHI/LONDON (Reuters) -Britain and India formally introduced free trade settlement talks in New Delhi on Thursday with the purpose of wrapping up a deal by the end of the calendar year that could improve once-a-year bilateral trade by billions of lbs.

Ministers want to faucet into the wealth of India’s center classes and their urge for food for quality British items like Scotch Whisky. They also hope India can grow to be a massive client of its eco-friendly technology sector, and that existing provider sector trade routes can be strengthened.
