Burger King UK’s boss has warned that up to 1,600 work opportunities could be dropped as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Only about 370 of the cafe chain’s 530 British isles shops have reopened considering the fact that the country went into lockdown.
Main executive Alasdair Murdoch advised the BBC’s Newscast the economic problems stemming from the disaster could eventually force the organization to forever shut up to 10pc of its shops.
