Covid-19: Maharashtra to procure excess milk every day to support farmers

Mumbai, March 31

The Maharashtra Federal government on Tuesday made a decision to procure ten lakh litres of extra milk just about every day for supporting the farmers impacted by the lockdown. The milk will be procured at the fee of Rs ₹25 for each litre. The method of milk selection will commence in the four to five days, a press assertion issued by the State Federal government mentioned.
