Tim Buckley: I search back again at 2008‒2009, and I bear in mind people today panicking—investors I respected. Some of them were getting out on March 9, 2009. They couldn’t handle it any more, and that’s just when the marketplaces took off. No a single experienced predicted that. You always have to bear in mind the marketplaces are forward-on the lookout, and you never know when they are likely to get off—just like you never know when they are likely to tumble. So it’s very best to be invested than to consider to time it, mainly because it’s close to difficult.
